Dr. Marco Romeo

I was born in Italy on the beautiful island of Sicily. I completed my medical training at the University of Catania in 2005, graduating with honors (110/110 cum laude).

I then began my surgical training at the University of Messina, finishing in 2010 with honors (36/36 cum laude). During this time, I served as a Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow and Glasgow Royal Infirmary in Scotland from 2008 to 2010. There, I acquired skills in microsurgery techniques and breast and head & neck reconstruction, with a particular focus on dynamic facial nerve repair.

After becoming a Plastic Surgery Specialist, I worked as a Consultant at the Clínica Universitaria de Navarra in Spain for two years, focusing on breast and facial surgery.

Later, I served as a Consultant at Hospital Universitario de Guadalajara in Spain, a position I left after being awarded the Facial Aesthetic and Reconstructive Fellowship by the Dutch Association of Facial Reconstructive Surgery.

Over the course of six months, I deepened my expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive facial surgery, rotating through Erasmus MC Hospital in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and La Clinic Montreux in Switzerland. This experience established me as a specialist in Facial Plastic Surgery.

I currently practice in my offices in Madrid, Barcelona, and Menorca.

Dr. Miguel Fernández

I am originally from Albacete and graduated in Medicine from the University of Castilla-La Mancha. I obtained a residency position in Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery at the La Paz University Hospital after achieving the highest score in the MIR exam of my class, competing among 14,000 candidates. During those years, I supplemented my training in aesthetic surgery with Dr. Martín del Yerro and Dr. Iván Mañero. My main areas of interest include aesthetic surgery, breast reconstruction, and comprehensive gender reassignment surgery.

I currently practice privately in Madrid and Albacete, balancing this with my public work as a specialist physician in charge of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at Rey Juan Carlos Hospital, part of the Quirón Salud group.

Each year, more than 500 patients trust me with the hope of improving their well-being, regaining their self-esteem, and, in many cases, their health. To meet their expectations, I offer the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, dedication, and commitment.

I am skilled in HD liposuction techniques, or high-definition liposuction, for the torso, arms, thighs, and neck, as well as soft lipo, buttock augmentation with fat and composite, and both abdominoplasty and mini-abdominoplasty. I conduct a comprehensive body assessment and use the latest technologies, which allows me to offer comprehensive treatments that enhance each part of my patients’ anatomy.
